[01] F1 - Download Data

<p>Uses the OpenF1 API to download data from F1 sessions.</p><p>The workflow fetches the fastest lap set by each driver in each qualifying session.</p><p>Each time the workflow is executed, it only fetches data from the sessions and laps that have not yet been downloaded.</p>

The retrieved data is stored in a subfolder named "Data" in the same folder as the workflow itself.

The "Data" folder must be created before the workflow is executed the first time.
